FOUNDING PARTNER

Soulla Dionysiou is the founding partner of Dionysiou & Parnters. Soulla brings with her a vast experience in corporate law, having worked at Antis Triantafyllides & Sons LLC, one of the top tier law firms in Nicosia, for over 13 years.

George Kazoleas

SENIOR ASSOCIATE LAWYER

George Kazoleas is a qualified Lawyer since 2005 having an extensive professional experience, both in legal counseling and litigation. He has a sound experience in handling cases of civil and administrative law before the competent courts.

Theos Vrachimis

ASSOCIATE LAWYER

Theos is a member of the Corporate Department of our firm advising clients on corporate and commercial matters including Crypto, IP, and Banking & Finance.
Theos obtained a First-class LLB from the University of Essex where he graduated in the top 1% of his class. He then pursued a LLM in International Tax Law at King’s College London with Distinction and was awarded the prize of best dissertation amongst his cohort; his thesis focused on international anti-abuse mechanisms.

Anastasia Patera

Associate Lawyer

Anastasia Patera graduated from the University of Essex obtaining her LLB, and from the University of Law in Birmingham (United Kingdom) where she obtained her LPC LLM. She then worked as a Paralegal in the United Kingdom where she handled her own caseload of small and fast track Employer’s Liability, Public Liability & Road Traffic Accident claims.

Achilleas Kyriacou

Associate Lawyer

Achilleas is a qualified Lawyer since 2019 and he acquired his Bachelors Degree (LLB Law) from the University of Lancaster, in the United Kingdom. Since 2021, he is also certified from Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) as a Certified AML Compliance Officer.

Stavri Kosiari

ASSOCIATE LAWYER

Stavri joined Dionysiou & Partners in December 2019, as a trainee lawyer. She has recently completed her training and bar association pupilage and has since been offered a position as a litigation lawyer.

Anastasia Yurkova

Corporate and Migration Administrator

Anastasia has recently joined our team as a Corporate and Migration Administrator. Anastasia is fluent in Russian, English, Greek, Hindi, Urdu and Punjabi.

As a member of our team, Anastasia is actively assisting corporate and private clients with preparation and successful submission of various applications to the Cyprus Civil Registry and Migration Department and resolving any migration related issues.

Christos Loizides is our law firm’s Business Development Manager. With more than 15 years of experience as a Marketing and Business Development Manager working in different areas/fields, Christos Loizides has a background in Market Research.

Soulla Dionysiou is the founding partner of Dionysiou & Parnters. Soulla brings with her a vast experience in corporate law, having worked at Antis Triantafyllides & Sons LLC, one of the top tier law firms in Nicosia, for over 13 years. Soulla possesses a Law degree from the University of London and she is a member of the Cyprus Bar Association.

Soulla possesses a wealth of experience of over 15 years within the Corporate and Commercial legal sectors, having previously worked for one of Cyprus’ leading law firms. Soulla’s immense experience working in correlation with leading international law firms; includes many practise areas from banking, M&A, contract, corporate, shipping law, banking law and stock market to investment law. Soulla has lead numerous complex high net-worth transactions, including the acquisition of one of the biggest Business Centres in Moscow by way of a joint venture structure and the reassignment and release of securities of an international airline company. She has also acted as corporate legal counsel, for over five years, of one of the Oilfield Services giants involved in the oil drilling in Cyprus. Her vast experience has allowed her to work on par with international law firms, investment firms and HNWIs around the globe, from Russia and many CIS countries to the USA and China. George Kazoleas

SENIOR ASSOCIATE LAWYER

George Kazoleas is a qualified Lawyer since 2005 having an extensive professional experience, both in legal counseling and litigation. He graduated from the Law School of the University of Athens and then he successfully completed his Master (LL.M) at the Law School of the University of Augsburg in Germany with specialization in Banking and Capital Markets Law.
He has successfully represented large companies from the financial, pharmaceutical and banking sector in Greece, and is currently representing foreign and national individuals and legal entities in Cyprus. He has a sound experience in handling cases of civil and administrative law before the competent courts of Greece and Cyprus. He has represented clients before the Supreme Administrative Court of Greece, the Council of State, and has dealt with significant cases of commercial, banking, family and succession law. He has also hands-on experience in dealing with public Law cases, i.e. administrative appeals, public procurement, and public tenders. He has recently dealt with many cases pertaining to the protection of personal data in compliance with the provisions of GDPR. He has represented clients, both individuals and legal entities with regard to cases of consumer protection, cases requiring the application of internet law, as well as in cases of medical negligence. He has published various legal articles and opinions in the Legal Press, while being an editor-in-chief of two well known legal websites. He is a member of the Cyprus Bar Association. Theo Vrachimis

ASSOCIATE LAWYER

Theos is a member of the Corporate Department of our firm advising clients on corporate and commercial matters including Crypto, IP, and Banking & Finance.

Prior to joining our firm, he successfully completed his training contract at a reputable law firm whilst obtaining excellent results in the exams of the Cyprus Bar. Theos also worked at the Tax department of Ernst & Young in London where he supported the internal tax team and private funds business of a global investment bank. Whilst at EY, Theos gained extensive experience in the field of international taxation through his involvement in numerous major cross-border transactions such as, M&A and fund structuring.

Theos obtained a First-class LLB from the University of Essex where he graduated in the top 1% of his class. He then pursued a LLM in International Tax Law at King’s College London with Distinction and was awarded the prize of best dissertation amongst his cohort; his thesis focused on international anti-abuse mechanisms. Furthermore, he completed the LPC with MSc in Law, Business and Management at the University of Law in London with Distinction.

Anastasia Patera

ASSOCIATE LAWYER

Anastasia Patera graduated from the University of Essex obtaining her LLB, and from the University of Law in Birmingham (United Kingdom) where she obtained her LPC LLM. She then worked as a Paralegal in the United Kingdom where she handled her own caseload of small and fast track Employer’s Liability, Public Liability & Road Traffic Accident claims.

She completed her training contract at Ernst & Young Legal and became a qualified member of the Cyprus Bar Association in 2021. Anastasia is also an approved and certified person from Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC), holds the CySEC AML and Advanced Certifications and has worked in the fund services industry prior to joining our firm.

Anastasia joined our firm as an Associate Lawyer in our Corporate department in 2022. She speaks fluently Greek and English and has basic knowledge of the Russian language.

Achilleas Kyriacou

ASSOCIATE LAWYER

Achilleas Kyriacou has joined our firm as a Corporate Lawyer in December 2022. As a member of our Corporate Department, he is advising clients on corporate and commercial matters.

Achilleas is a qualified Lawyer since 2019 and he acquired his Bachelors Degree (LLB Law) from the University of Lancaster, in the United Kingdom. Since 2021, he is also certified from Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) as a Certified AML Compliance Officer.

Achilleas is fluent in Greek and English.

Stavri Kosiari

ASSOCIATE LAWYER

Stavri joined Dionysiou & Partners in December 2019, as a trainee lawyer. She has recently completed her training and bar association pupilage and has since been offered a position as a litigation lawyer. She acquired her Bachelor Degree of Law from Democritus University of Thrace, in Greece. Stavri is proficient in Greek and English and she has a basic knowledge of the Russian language. Stavri’s keen interest is in advocacy, procedural law and legal counseling.

Anastasia Yurkova

Anastasia has recently joined our team as a Corporate and Migration Administrator. Anastasia is fluent in Russian, English, Greek, Hindi, Urdu and Punjabi.

Prior to joining our firm, Anastasia has worked as a corporate administrator in a number of law firms and corporate services providers, where she gained extensive diversified experience.

As a member of our team, Anastasia is actively assisting corporate and private clients with preparation and successful submission of various applications to the Cyprus Civil Registry and Migration Department and resolving any migration related issues.

Christos Loizides

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Christos Loizides is our law firm’s Business Development Manager. With more than 15 years of experience as a Marketing and Business Development Manager working in different areas/fields, Christos Loizides has a background in Market Research, the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry, and the Legal sector.

 

Christos has graduated from the Cyprus College (currently named European University Cyprus), with a BBA (bachelor’s in business administration), majoring in Marketing. He then went to the United States where he completed his MBA from the University of South Florida. Working Languages: Greek, English
