Soulla’s notable achievements include the acquisition of one of the largest Business Centres in the CIS through a joint venture structure, the re-assignment and release of securities for an international airline company and the representation of a leading oilfield services giant in Cyprus oil drilling ventures.

Anastasia Patera graduated from the University of Essex obtaining her LLB, and from the University of Law in Birmingham (United Kingdom) where she obtained her LPC LLM.
Anastasia completed her training contract at Ernst & Young Legal and has worked in the fund services industry before joining our firm.
Anastasia joined our firm as an Associate Lawyer in our Corporate department in 2022 and she also currently serves as the compliance officer of our firm.

Anastasia has advised clients on entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.
