For clarification, this applies to Cypriot nationals or individuals with a valid residence permit. For travelers seeking to travel for business purposes, additional entry requirements apply such as having to apply for a special entrance permit via https://cyprusflightpass.gov.cy/. The application takes 10-14 days to examined therefore one has to do it much in advance before their departure. In the special permit application, it must include the nature of the business visit, and also the traveler’s connection to the company.

Any travelers who test positive for coronavirus during their stay, will be transferred by the government to separating quarantining facilities where cost of lodging, food, drink, and medication is covered.
